These are my terms and conditions as an artist. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following. Failure to comply may get you added to my backlist in the future.What I will draw: furries/animals, monsters, humans/humanoids, basic machinery/robotsWhat I will NOT draw: realistic style, hardcore fetishes and nsfw, hate speech or text★ I maintain the right to turn down a commission for any reason.★ I will not begin on any commission until I receive payment. No exceptions.★ I only offer refunds if I am unable to complete the work for you.★ Chargebacks after your commission has been completed will result in me publicly blacklisting you to warn other artists as well as the ability to work with me in the future.★ A clear unshaded safe for work character reference is required. I won’t work off of written descriptions. I am a very visual person.★ Turnaround time is typically no later than a month. I try to be as efficient as possible.★ You may use competed work for personal use. I do not do commercial use works, unless discussed.★ Please do not claim my work as your own. Credit is always appreciated.★ Please do not trace, recolor, or heavily edit my art.★ You may NOT use my work as nonfungible tokens (NFTs) or any AI training datasets.★ I reserve the full right to upload any completed commissions to my social media and online gallery sites. If your commission is a gift or surprise, that can be discussed.★ Delays may happen, but those will always be communicated. I work other job(s) during the day and am physically and mentally disabled. Please take those things into consideration.
